Common questions
What counts as a vehicle lookup? Each vehicle counts once per calendar month, however many times you run it. We identify it by VIN if you give one, or by year, make, model and trim if you don't. Failed or rejected requests don't count.
What happens if I go over? Your lookups keep working, and your account page shows that you've gone over. We never charge for overages. If you go over two months in a row, we'll ask you to move to a larger plan.
How accurate is it? 9 out of 10 sales land inside our range, measured on real sales the model never saw. Every estimate shows how much detail it's based on and how many sales its accuracy was measured on. Full methodology: How we measure.
Is this an appraisal? No. It's a market value estimate, not an appraisal, and it isn't prepared by a licensed appraiser.
