Fair questions

What counts as a vehicle? One vehicle counts once in a calendar month, however many times you run it. We key on the VIN when you give us one, and on the year, make, model and trim you typed when you don't. Failed or rejected requests don't count.

What happens if I go over? We keep answering, and your account page tells you that you've passed your count and what the next plan costs. We never add an overage charge. Go over two months running and you'll need to move up.

How accurate is it? It depends on input completeness: queries that include listing context (pre-loss value, repair estimate, condition) measure materially lower error than identity-only queries. Every response tells you which tier your query hit, and every estimate carries the number of sales it was measured on. Full methodology: How we measure.

Why flat fees only? Percentage-of-recovery pricing is how regulated claim representation is priced; we sell information, not representation, and the pricing follows. An estimate is a market value estimate, not an appraisal.
